At PinkCherry Canada, we prioritize your satisfaction and health; therefore, we offer a 60-day return policy on most unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging within 60 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in a discreet, sturdy shipping box and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
